African theme decor, Special balconies for socializing, Beautiful main lobby with sculptures
Communication delays regarding shuttle service could use improvement!!! The hallway aesthetics need refreshing as they appear worn and lack vibrancy!!! A quicker room service collection process would enhance guest experience!!!

The setting exudes beauty with African décor, and the room was comfortable and clean. Staff like Mary from customer service ensured a hospitable experience, always checking in to guarantee guest satisfaction. Breakfast was a highlight with a great buffet offering local fruits. however, service timing for food in the lounge could be improved. While there was a moment of confusion over a lost key charge, it's the excellent professionalism of staff members like Joseph and Esther that stood out.

missingWrote a review on Jun 13african decorspacious roomservice inconsistency
The hotel had a striking aesthetic with beautiful African decor that added a unique touch to the ambiance. The Deluxe Queen Room was spacious and kept spotless, providing a cozy retreat after long days exploring the surroundings.
Unfortunately, some conveniences fell short during my visit. I encountered issues with the card payment process, which resulted in duplicate charges due to inconsistent machines—definitely not the kind of hassle anyone wants while traveling. The restaurant service left much to be desired. one evening, I waited nearly an hour for food that never arrived, which put a damper on what should have been a relaxing night. While the location makes it a valuable spot for exploring the area, these service hiccups did impact my overall experience.

The Deluxe Queen Room was super comfortable with two queen beds. It was quiet and really clean, which I loved. Staff were always available if I needed anything. The decor had a nice African vibe, which made the room feel welcoming. Only thing is, the AC could be a bit tricky at times, but the room stayed cooler than the hallways, so it was fine overall.

Great experience with friendly vibes!
The staff went all out, especially Patricia who sweetly sang to me. The food was mostly good, but could’ve used some juice at the buffet. Also, the security could use some training. The pool area was nice, perfect for chilling after a busy day.
