The staff, especially Helina and Ferdous, were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. The location was ideal, just a short trip from the airport and easy access to the nearby attractions.

The staff were attentive, especially Mary, she always checked in to make sure we were good and needed anything. The poolside was relaxing with good music, perfect end to the day with my family.

Staff like Mary from customer service ensured a hospitable experience, always checking in to guarantee guest satisfaction. Breakfast was a highlight with a great buffet offering local fruits. however, service timing for food in the lounge could be improved. While there was a moment of confusion over a lost key charge, it's the excellent professionalism of staff members like Joseph and Esther that stood out.

The restaurant service left much to be desired. one evening, I waited nearly an hour for food that never arrived, which put a damper on what should have been a relaxing night. While the location makes it a valuable spot for exploring the area, these service hiccups did impact my overall experience.

The Deluxe Queen Room was super comfortable with two queen beds. It was quiet and really clean, which I loved. Staff were always available if I needed anything. The decor had a nice African vibe, which made the room feel welcoming. Only thing is, the AC could be a bit tricky at times, but the room stayed cooler than the hallways, so it was fine overall.

The staff went all out, especially Patricia who sweetly sang to me. The food was mostly good, but could’ve used some juice at the buffet. Also, the security could use some training. The pool area was nice, perfect for chilling after a busy day.
